Mobile appointments are available throughout the Las Vegas Valley and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service radius.

Remote Online Notary (RON) services will be available once our Nevada e-commission is approved.

Apostille coordination services are available for clients nationwide.

3. Payments & Fees

All appointments must be paid in full to confirm your booking.

Quotes provided include standard notarization fees, travel or convenience fees (if applicable), and any additional costs for after-hours or expedited service.

Additional charges for extra signatures, documents, or courier services will be invoiced separately and must be paid prior to release of final documents.

Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit card, ACH transfer, or other methods specified at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment by emailing notary@hooulucollective.com.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment may be refunded in full.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a service fee of up to the full appointment amount.

  • No-shows (client not present within 15 minutes of the scheduled time) are non-refundable.

  • If the notary is unable to complete the appointment due to client error (missing ID, unsigned documents, etc.), the fee is non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment at our discretion.

5. Identification Requirements

All signers must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of notarization.

Acceptable forms include a state driver’s license, state ID card, U.S. passport, or other government-issued identification compliant with Nevada notary laws.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy matters. All documents and client information are handled in accordance with Nevada notary law and industry best practices.

We do not share, sell, or disclose personal information to any third party, except as required by law or for the completion of an apostille or courier request.

Records are stored securely for the duration required by state regulation.

7. Apostille Coordination Disclaimer

Ho‘oulu Notary & Apostille Concierge coordinates the apostille process through authorized state and federal agencies.

We do not issue apostilles directly, but manage the submission, tracking, and return of documents on your behalf.

All documents must be properly executed and notarized prior to apostille processing.

8. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if:

  • The signer cannot present acceptable identification,

  • The signer appears unwilling, coerced, or unable to understand the transaction, or

  • The document does not meet state notarization requirements.

In such cases, any prepaid amount may be refunded or applied toward future service at our discretion.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and timeliness, Ho‘oulu Notary & Apostille Concierge and The Ho‘oulu Collective, LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, courier issues, or rejections by third-party agencies.
